At Lampeasy, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Defective or damaged items: Products that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Incorrect items: Items received that differ from your order.

2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
All accessories and components must be returned

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact customer support and include:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos or videos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Our responsibility: If the issue is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Customer responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases where items show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components.
