What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, including:
  • PayPal account balance
  • Credit or debit cards via PayPal
  • Google Pay through PayPal
No matter which payment method you choose, please make sure to first select your items and add them to your shopping cart. We also recommend registering an account before shopping. This allows you to:
  • Save your shipping information for faster checkout
  • Easily manage and track your orders
  • Earn loyalty points and receive order updates

Why was my payment declined?

If your credit card payment didn’t go through, please check the following:
  • Ensure all card details (number, expiration date, cardholder name, security code) are entered correctly.
  • Verify that your billing address matches your bank’s records.
  • Make sure your card has sufficient balance and is not temporarily frozen by your bank.
If the issue continues, try a different card or complete your payment using PayPal or Google Pay via PayPal. Should problems persist, please contact your bank or reach out to our support team with the error details so we can assist further.

Why can’t I check out?

If you’re unable to proceed with checkout, try the following steps:
  • Switch to another browser or device (e.g., from Safari to Chrome).
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Use PayPal Express Checkout or Google Pay via PayPal for a faster, more reliable payment process.
If you’re still having trouble, please send us the product SKU, quantity, color, and size via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll provide a direct payment link.
