At lampeasy.com, we are committed to providing high-quality lighting products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you’re entitled to a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

- Defective Products: Items damaged or with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or refund.
- Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item, we’ll arrange an exchange or full refund.

Return Conditions

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after verifying the returned item. Funds are credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 days, depending on your card issuer.
Return Shipping Charges
- Our fault (wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
- Buyer’s reason (change of mind, wrong color/size): The buyer covers international return shipping back to our warehouse in China.
- No additional handling or restocking fees apply.
